How to operate module 3444

Short steps in our words. The buttons are lettered as in Casio's operation guide, where each task's page is given.

Set the time and date

  1. In the Timekeeping Mode, hold E for at least two seconds: SET Hold flashes, then CITY shows. Keep holding until the city code and name start to scroll.
  2. Press D to step through the settings: city code, DST, 12/24-hour format, seconds, hour, minutes, year, month, day, button tone, light duration, Power Saving, then the sensor units.
  3. On the 12/24-hour format, press A to switch between 12H and 24H.
  4. On the seconds, press A to reset them to 00.
  5. On the hour, minutes, year, month or day, press A to go up and C to go down.
  6. Press E twice to leave the setting screen.
  7. To take the time from the radio signal now: press D until the Receive Mode (R/C) shows, then hold A until RC Hold shows and goes out. Keep the watch still, 12 o'clock towards a window, until GET or ERR shows.

Good to know

The watch sets itself from the radio time signal; set it by hand only when it cannot receive one. Set the Home City first.

Resetting the seconds between 30 and 59 adds one minute.

In 12-hour format, P marks p.m.

A signal reception takes two to ten minutes, sometimes up to 20; pressing any button stops it.
