When the watch is paired with a phone running CASIO WATCHES, it sets its time by itself at around 12:30 a.m., 6:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. To set it from the phone now, keep the phone within one meter and press D in the Timekeeping Mode: TIME flashes, then OK shows.

To receive now, hold D in the Timekeeping Mode for about two seconds until RCVD flashes, with the watch near a window and its 12 o'clock side towards it.
