Set the time and date
- In the Timekeeping Mode, hold A for at least two seconds: the daily step target flashes.
- Press C to step through the settings: daily step target, seconds, hour, minute, 12/24-hour format, year, month, day, button tone, light duration, then power saving.
- On the seconds, press D to reset them to 00.
- On any other setting, use B and D to change it.
- Press A to leave the setting screen.
Good to know
Resetting the seconds between 30 and 59 adds one minute.
For the 12/24-hour format, press C four times from the step target until 12H or 24H flashes, then press D to switch. In 12-hour format, P marks p.m.
Holding B or D changes the setting fast.
When the watch is connected to a phone running CASIO WATCHES, the time is set for you; the watch connects by itself four times a day, at around 12:30 a.m., 6:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.
To take the time from a paired phone now: with CASIO WATCHES running and the phone within one meter, press D in the Timekeeping Mode. TIME flashes, then OK shows and the time is adjusted; your current location is also recorded by the phone.
Setting the time by hand on the watch cancels the automatic switching between standard time and summer time.
The watch leaves the setting screen by itself after about two or three minutes without a button press.
In any mode, hold C for at least one second to go to the Timekeeping Mode.
