Casio module 5419

Solar powered module. 5419 is the number engraved on the caseback of these watches, and Casio files its operation manual under it. 2 watches in the catalog run on it.

How to operate module 5419

Short steps in our words. The buttons are lettered as in Casio's operation guide, where each task's page is given.

Set the time and date

  1. Make sure the watch is in the Calendar Mode: hold A for about two seconds if it is not.
  2. Unscrew the crown, then pull it out to the second click: the second hand moves to 12 o'clock and the mode hand to 0.
  3. Turn the crown to set the hour and minute hands.
  4. Press A, then press B to change the month and turn the crown to change the day.
  5. Press A and turn the crown to set the tens digit of the year.
  6. Press A and turn the crown to set the ones digit of the year.
  7. Push the crown back in on the top of a minute, then screw it in.

Good to know

While connected to a phone running CASIO WATCH+, the watch takes its time and date from the phone by itself.

The Dual Time moves along with the time you set. The crown does not work while the mode hand is moving.

Turning the crown quickly a few times starts fast forward or reverse; turn it the other way or press any button to stop.
