How to operate module 5611

Short steps in our words. The buttons are lettered as in Casio's operation guide, where each task's page is given.

Set the time and date

  1. In the Timekeeping Mode, hold A until SET stops flashing and the city code appears.
  2. Press C to step through the settings: Home City, DST, 12/24-hour format, seconds, hour, minute, year, month, day, then button tone and light duration.
  3. On the seconds, press D to reset them to 00.
  4. On the hour, minute, year, month or day, press D to go up and B to go down (hold for fast).
  5. On the 12/24-hour format, press D or B to switch.
  6. Press A to leave the setting mode.

Good to know

Resetting the seconds between 30 and 59 adds one minute.

Set the Home City first: the time is kept for it, and the hands follow it.
