Set the time and day
- If the watch has stopped, turn the crown or gently shake the watch until the second hand starts moving.
- When the second hand is at 12 o'clock, pull the crown out to the second click: the second hand stops.
- Turn the crown to set the time, taking the hands to four or five minutes before the time you want and then forward to it. Mind a.m. or p.m.
- Push the crown back in on a time signal to start the watch again.
- To set the day, pull the crown out to the first click, turn it towards you to change the day, then push it back in.
Good to know
The day uses a 31-day month: correct it by hand after shorter months.
Do not change the day between 9 p.m. and 1 a.m., or it may not change correctly at midnight.
On a model with a screw-in crown, turn the crown towards you to unscrew it before pulling it, and screw it fully back in afterwards: the watch is not water resistant while it is unscrewed.
This is an automatic watch: it winds as you wear it, and you can wind it by turning the crown slowly towards 12 o'clock. Fully wound, it runs for about 42 hours.
